Eligibility
I acknowledge that attendance at Design Destination London (DDL) is by invitation only and subject to specific eligibility criteria. I understand that only owners, partners, principals, and lead designers of an invited firm are eligible to attend.

- My guest is an owner, partner, principal designer, or lead designer of my firm
- My guest is registered under an active, professional email address (e.g. ending in @mycompany.com)

Every registration is reviewed for eligibility, and Design Destination London may reach out to collect more information about your guest(s). If we determine that an attendee is ineligible to attend, the attendee will be removed and notified. If you have questions about a guest’s eligibility, please reach out to [email protected] prior to submitting and paying for their registration.
Spouses, children, relatives, friends, and clients that do not meet the eligibility criteria are not eligible to attend and may be removed at the discretion of Design Destination London, with no refund.

- The replacement attendee must meet all eligibility criteria outlined above
- Transfer requests must be submitted to [email protected]
- Transfers will be confirmed only once the replacement attendee’s eligibility has been verified by DDL

I understand that to register for the event, I will pay a non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 USD per attendee.
The registration fee will be collected in a single transaction for you and/or your group as part of the registration process. Split-payment options are not available.
Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event a paid registrant cannot attend, the registration may be transferred to an eligible attendee of the same firm. Please refer to the Eligibility section for transfer conditions and eligibility requirements.
Registration fees may not be applied to a future year’s event.
Design Destination London does not offer a partial attendance policy or partial registration fee. Regardless of the amount of time you attend the event, the non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 USD per attendee applies.
